Laminated aluminum roll-up door model LMI-125 from the brand PORTALUM with a coverage surface of 125 mm and nominal thickness of 35 mm. Made with a curved design profile and with expanded polyurethane foam interior filling that gives it magnificent wind resistance. It is complemented with nylon side caps, with anti-hurricane bearings, and can have wind class 2 up to 12,500 mm and class 4 up to 8,000 mm. With a lower profile in extruded aluminum reinforced with large rubber weatherstripping to improve closure against the floor and steel side guides with nylon funnel and anti-friction polyamide weatherstripping, which prevent friction and wear of the slats. The LMI-125 roll-up door has as its main characteristics its low noise level and great lightness, which make it the perfect option for logistics centres, industrial warehouses or facilities where there are high demands for daily manoeuvres. Installation with side motor and sliding brackets, these brackets ensure the straight edge of the door at all times to avoid the suffering of the slats, wear and tear and extend its life. This system is served with two fall arresters, one incorporated in the motor itself and a second fall arrester on the side opposite the motor that acts as a bearing. The two end caps and the axle bolt are welded from the factory with certified welding.
