Valencia – Torrent 2 Villas

In the area of Vedat – Torrent (Valencia), two modern style semi-detached houses have been built. In which they are protected by a ventilated slat model fence, creating cross ventilation but being a hidden model, which cannot be seen from the outside. With this type of plank we always respect horizontality to create infinite lines and homogeneity. In the right couplet a pivot door has been installed taking advantage of the change in level inside the house, while in the left couple a sliding door has been installed. This covers the needs of customers by making it as comfortable as possible, with a simple and functional solution. On the façade opposite the vehicle doors we find the pedestrian door which has the same design of straight lines.
