Pivoting Door

Extruded aluminum exterior pivot door of 6063-T5 alloy, high strength from the Portalum brand. It is a lightweight door but very resistant to inclement weather. It is anchored on two pivot points, the lower one has a tapered bearing. Integrated security systems provide a high level of confidence.

Pivoting door in extruded aluminum of high strength 6063-T5 alloy (Aluminum, Silicon, Magnesium and Titanium) from the PORTALUM brand. Pivot door manufactured with a frame formed by a large leaf profile and inside it is completed with our range of models creating the design that the customer wants. The door swings on one side by two pivot points. The lower pivot point is tapered bearings, for greater slippage. On the opposite side, it has a closure profile that can be surface or overlapped. All pivot doors have an anti-tipping system for safety, installing a tie rod in the profile where the turning points are. In the event that it is motorized, it must have an anti-crushing safety system, either a photocell with a resistive band.
